Restore harmony and health with D-Mannose

D-Mannose is one of our bestselling supplements, known for naturally restoring bladder health and easing discomfort. It’s a type of sugar related to the better-known glucose. These sugars are both simple sugars that occur naturally in your body and are also found in some plants, including cranberries.
Unlike glucose, D-Mannose isn’t readily metabolised or used for energy, but passes through the urinary tract, clearing out undesirable bacteria. Due to this, D-Mannose does not directly affect the body's blood sugar levels and is often used as a natural form of bladder support.
Most women will experience a UTI in their lifetime, with E. coli type bacteria to cause an estimated 80-90 percent of UTIs. Once these bacteria enter the urinary tract, they latch on to cells, grow, and may cause infection.
D-Mannose helps to prevent these bacteria from latching on, making it difficult for them to stick to the walls of the bladder. The bacteria is cleared out, making life a lot easier and more comfortable for those suffering. If you’re experiencing a UTI, try our tablets to really get you feeling yourself again.
D-Mannose comes in tablet and powder form. The form you choose mainly depends on your preference. You might prefer a powder if you don’t like to swallow tablets whole.
Our pure powder is free from fillers and flow agents and is the most economical way to purchase pure D-Mannose. It has a slightly mild sweet taste that can be easily mixed with water or juice. We also include a free measuring scoop inside every pouch of powder.
We recommend taking one gram of D-Mannose in the morning, and another in the evening for a standard maintenance dose. This is equivalent to 2 scoops of our powder, or 1 tablet, twice a day. If you’re urgently needing relief, we recommend taking 2 grams of D-Mannose every 3 - 4 hours (4 scoops or 2 tablets.)
